Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Time

Orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to you, if available.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already have entered processing, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be unused and undamaged.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be initiated if the return meets our return requirements. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
